The original method of payment will be credited. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on engraved or custom items. Shipping costs are not refundable.

3. How long will it take to receive my order?
Most items shipped using the standard shipping method arrive within 8-10 business days via UPS or FedEx Ground. Glassware arrives within 2-3 weeks via UPS. The wall clock arrives within 2-3 weeks via UPS. The grandfather clock arrives within 3-4 weeks via a freight carrier. The leather chairs require an estimated 8 weeks for delivery.
