Content Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

Write and update Chinese and English daily deals and discounts
In-depth understanding and passion for discounts in fashion, beauty, electronics, outdoor, etc
Responsible for website updates and maintenance
Effectively improving content quality and discount quantity
Regularly analyze the data for the discounts and propose a strategy modification plan
Collaborate with subsidiary websites for maximum promotion result

Job Requirements:

Deeper involvement and meaningful experience with North American offers and discounts
Good data analysis, language and writing skills
Good communication and strong teamwork spirit
Strong sensitivity and enthusiasm for discounts
Familiarity with seasonal discount pattern is preferred
Bachelor degree and above, with work initiative and strong execution ability
Excellent English writing and reading skills

Business Development Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

Develops and executes a strategy for discovering and securing user acquisition opportunities either online or offline.
Achieve monthly goals/channel goals as assigned by management.
Manage and track clients, partners, and users’ budgets and optimize ROI
Drive aggressive membership growth with particular emphasis on video-sharing services, blogs, social media, and so on.
Maintain client relationships and develop negotiation strategies by evaluating risks and potentials.
Build relationships with business partners, potential customers, and business contacts in order to attract new users and enhance their reputation.
Perform market analysis, identify users and competitor insights, and create GoCashBack its own level strategy to help define and execute the strategy and priorities.
Identify, negotiate, and execute business development opportunities in support of the company's strategic goals.
Other related projects as needed.

Job Requirements:

A bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
Bilingual in Mandarin and English (Excellent oral and written communication skills)
A background in related marketing with a minimum of 1 year’s experience is preferred.
Experience in digital marketing including CPC, SEO, SEM, social media marketing, e-mail marketing, blog marketing, etc. a plus.
Experience in mobile/app marketing is a plus.
Having a passion for shopping and saving money is a plus.
Be able to close deals and achieve goals.
Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
Demonstrates strong organizational skills, the ability to meet deadlines, and the ability to solve problems.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with diverse teams and partners.
